Resident evil 4 cheats

Hi I'm really needing help. I saw on the YouTube channel TechUtopia about using cheats on resident evil 4. But I wasn't very clear. Can anyone help me or possibly give the ini file for it please as I'm struggling here. Any help is appreciated

You must download an modified dolphin version that allows action replays codes and geko code.
