I alredy play Resident Evil 0 and Remake on Dolphin emulator and it worked just fine.
When I start playing Resident Evil 2 there was annoying music bug.
And now I am playing Resident Evil 3 and there is no sound in 1/3 of all Cutscenes.

You can partly solve sound issues by using LLE. However even with LLE the sound won't be perfect in these games (and in RE games in general)

Click the DSP button in Dolphin (or Options->Configure->Audio) and select DSP LLE recompiler. Note, you need to dump your DSP files from your console first. Read these instructions to find out how to do that.

Jut play them on ePSXe with the OpenGL 2.9 plugin. Max the settings, and it'll look better than the GC versions.
