I replaced what could technically be replaced but there are some textures that are not replaceable for now. That's why certain parts of the screen may look pixelated, or the items and the Jill portrait in the inventory screen. If you think you're missing something, can you eventually post a screenshot ?

but seeing the textures in png many are not there

I'm not sure if they have the same problem I do, but I went to download the RE2 pack from your google drive a few hours ago and had tons of problems.  When I clicked "download" google spent forever trying to zip them and ended up only sending me some of the files in each folder.  I had to redownload each folder individually a few times, and I'm still not sure it actually worked.

It's probably a pain for you, but when the hd packs are reasonably complete it would be nice to have everything packed in a single zip/rar/7z so google drive can't screw up the file packaging

Thanks! Not sure if google drive was just being uncooperative today or if it's an issue zipping huge numbers of files, but it will be nice to be sure I didn't miss any files, haha

I ran into that problem myself. My way around it was dling each individual folder separately.

Oh my, really more? lol. I just finished A ranking re3 (holy crap was it quite tricky, as im not a pro exactly). obviously, that was the second time because the first playthrough i spent about 2 hours in each room admiring how beautiful the backgrounds look now and I know it's still not exactly where you guys want RE3 to be, but to me RE3 and 2 has never looked better.

I am also drooling at what you guys could have done with Dino Crisis 2 had it come to gamecube but I'll keep that to myself...
