I'm just using the HD UI right now, but still, with the original textures theres a line or two. And RE3 has no lines, idk why... btw, i know you already fixed it, but i think the floating objects has to do with widescreen hack.

Yeah, I turned the widescreen hack off  and everything went back to normal!

If it doesn't help add this on your re2 gameid:

Code:
[Video_Hacks]
EFBToTextureEnable = True

[Video_Settings]
SafeTextureCacheColorSamples = 128
EnablePixelLighting = False
HiresTextures = True
ConvertHiresTextures = True
CacheHiresTextures = True
CacheHiresTexturesonGPU = False
AspectRatio = 6
wideScreenHack = False
MSAA = 0
SSAA = False
EFBScale = 7
FastDepthCalc = True

Have you tried those most are offline now buit some are still online.

btw: I would like to request someone that downloaded my torrent file to create a new one (it looks like I dunno how to properly create one torrent file to share) since it seems to not work for most users (even though I have uploaded 34.2GB of GHAE08 HD UI and BG waifu2x)

I wish we could get a comfortable place to upload custom textures those here on dolphin.

Does anyone know if there's a texture pack for the environments for the GHAE08 release? This pack seems to be more geared towards text and objects like ammo, but I would really love to add new textures to the settings in general.

Hey guys!

I'm new to the forum so sorry if this is a derp question. how do I write the code in the gameid?? I'm too struggling with lines in RE2, same ones Lavio00 posted pictures about. I've tried a lot and the texture pack doesn't want to apply and when it tries I get those lines. Also I heard about making a new folder that is titled UI and moving the loose content from the initial texture pack. Please point me in the right direction. thanks in advance.

You can find your Game ID by clicking Right Click Properties on Game Titles.
Then Navigate to Tab Info and find the Game ID.

After that Go to Documents\Dolphin-Emu\User\Load\Textures\ or in your main dolphin-emu folder path
Create the Folder with correct Game ID for example D:\Emulators SSD\Dolphin-x64 5.0-8412\User\Load\Textures\XXXXX
Put all Files inside the RE2 Game ID folder.

Go to Graphics Navigate on Advanced Tab -> Enable Load Custom Textures, Done.

If it doesn't help add this on your re2 gameid:

Code:
[Video_Hacks]
EFBToTextureEnable = True

[Video_Settings]
SafeTextureCacheColorSamples = 128
EnablePixelLighting = False
HiresTextures = True
ConvertHiresTextures = True
CacheHiresTextures = True
CacheHiresTexturesonGPU = False
AspectRatio = 6
wideScreenHack = False
MSAA = 0
SSAA = False
EFBScale = 7
FastDepthCalc = True

Hi, I tried all of the above with the Ishiiruka build linked few pages back, and also with the current Dolphin build, but constantly getting a square grid in the screen:

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Same thing with me, plus most of the HD textures don't even show up. I've verified everything on the post that Blackangel posted still nothing. Thanks for the help.

It's not possible to avoid White or Black Line Boxes, this is the result of upscaled background images, enable or disable the texture filtering you will always have black line images
Even if u run the game with stock native resolution some lines still appearing. HD Texture Pack makes the game more beautiful and comfortable.

A dumb question, but can anyone tell me what did SLAYER (the OP) use to mod those high res UI textures in RE2 and RE3? I'm considering to finish his incomplete RE3 UI textures since I've got a lot of free time on my hands these days.. but I'd like to know what program to use or if there's a tutorial for it on YouTube.
