You are going to need to upgrade your CPU and possibly your entire system, a Pentium 4 is far too weak to enjoy most if not all Gamecube and Wii games at decent speeds.

Most of the members you see that are getting good speeds as well as decent performance in games are those that have the newer AMD Phenom and Core2Duo's/Quads which are an overall better architecture and higher clocked than the Pentium 4's/Celerons and AMD64/x2 CPU's.

Pentium 4 is an inferior architecture with worse performance than a single core Athlon XP or Athlon64, even Dual Core Athlon64's have difficulty achieving decent or playable speeds with most games, so go figure..

Your P4 just isn't sufficient for Gamecube, Wii, or PS2 emulation so poor speeds are to be expected. I'm also willing to bet the video card in your system is also fairly weak and also not adequate for Gamecube and Wii emulation.

The Pentium 4 and AMD64 processors will perform quite poorly for CPU intensive emulation for systems such as the PS2, Gamecube, and Wii.
