Reset Onscreen Controls on S8+

I was playing fine on my S8 but the next time I opened the app, my buttons were off of the screen. Is there any way to reset the on screen button layout because I can't manually move the buttons anymore.

I think the only way to do that is to go to the app list and select "clear data" for Dolphin. This will delete the button positions and the list of games that are shown in Dolphin, and maybe parts of the controller configuration too (I don't remember exactly). Save files and other settings will not be deleted, since they're stored in /sdcard/dolphin-emu/.
