Request about regions and flags.

If I'm taking your request correctly, you want it for the game list? That is the only place were we have flags after all. ...I'm just going to assume that is the case as nothing else makes sense.

So, our game list is just that, a game list, it doesn't include Wii Menus or channels-that-aren't-games. Wii Menus, disc channel, mii channel, etc do not appear in any game list under any region. So until a chinese -game- is released, we have no reason to add a chinese region and flag to our game list.

To be honest, if a chinese region had a leaked game there is definitely a question about whether or not we should acknowledge it by adding categories for it. After all, if it is a leak of an unreleased game, there is no way to get it but piracy. Of course you could say there is enough time that that doesn't matter (law doesn't work that way but reality kind of does), and (if the game was exclusive) that devs would want it available but, yea, it's something we'd need to ponder.
