Reporting Bug

I'm using latest X64 versions of dolphin on a custom windows 7 ultimate 64 package I've made via V Light that does NOT have but English language pack installed. (space saver for SSD)
The Error Says:

{Cannot convert from the charset 'Windows Japanese (CP 932)'!}

No biggie every thing works fine as long as I open a Dalphin option such as config and close it to instigate the error before opening a game witch will also make the error appear and crash the game window if not pre instigated. after the error happens it will not again on that running program.

system info :
Q9550
6gigs ram
Gigabyte GTX 275 Super OC
Blood Iron P35
multiple HD/SDD (Dalphin on HDD)
Win 7 ultimate 64

thanks for providing a way to reproduce this bug
(makes sense that language packs were removed but afaik no one admited this before)

should be fixed by r6887

YW & TY this being fixed already !! will be nice . I was just leaving Dalphin on till a new version cuz of this :-P

unfortunately i apparently found a workaround it is not fixed

if you completely disable logging it should not occur
