If you're having fullspeed with 1x resolution, chances are you'll also have fullspeed with 2x. I can even play Xenoblade Chronicles at fullspeed with 4x (ok, with Tino's DirectX9-build, but still). If you have a fast PC, high resolutions won't be a problem for you.
I worded that wrong, what I was trying to imply is that it sounded like I was discouraged from using anything but native resolution, which is painful to look at after getting acclimated to seeing the games in full HD, that's all. 2x speed is enough for my needs, what would be the best builds to test if the older 4.0 xxx builds were slower?
