Region Select (HALP) Two Problems

First Problem: this channel gives me an error code "222000" when i want to change the region.

Second Problem: when i try to launch that channel through mkw settings or everybody votes channel, it boots me back to the wii menu.


Any solution for that? I want to run Everybody votes channel with RiiConnect24 on Dolphin.
