Recent down-loader and user of the Dolphin program; I am having issue with some games and not able to figure out how to fix them. I am not too gifted with knowledge of computer systems.

My problem is that during cinematics and cut-scenes of several GameCube games I use on this program greatly reduces speed and FPS. The program's speed takes a drop to 40-70% and FPS is anywhere between 15-30 (max of 60); audio becomes choppy and often times visuals tend to slow or glitch eventually lagging behind the audio.

However, 1 game has no issues save a hiccup in audio in certain areas; that game is TLoZ: Windwaker. All other games, Fire-emblem, Starfox Adventures, FF Crystal Chronicles, all take a dive during openings, cut-scenes and cinematics.

I have read the guide for settings for the fastest possible for games on the guide section and forum section and nothing has changed. I currently have this setting now.

I am currently using Dolphin version 3.5-269

My Computer specs are as follows:
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz 2.65 GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB
Display: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470

Currently using DirectX 11

Don't use 269, it's super-broken. Use the latest rev, from the *real* official website. http://dolphin-emu.org/download/

Thanks, this helped me a bit. The visuals are no longer lagging and are now smooth; however I am still having various audio issues with most of the games listed above. I read that the DPS LLE fixes most of these issues, but the files I downloaded by LM1234 seem to only work with games with the Zelda ucode (whatever that is).

These games from the list in original post are giving me very choppy and sometimes no audio at the start of the game even at opening:
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
Pokemon XD
Starfox Adventures

I have a feeling that these games do not have the Zelda ucode so I cant use DPS LLE.

Is there any other way to fix the audio or able to get LLE working for these?

Again thanks for the help!

EDIT:--------
I am not able to get the files required the normal way because I do not have the required device for my computer to read SD cards.

They are not "ucode games" indeed.

At stock your CPU is a bit weak to get LLE to work "properly". Same thing for new AX-HLE that was recently merged into master branch. That's why you get choppy sound (same thing if you tried use LLE).

You should try Dolphin 3.5 with HLE. Sound won't be choppy (or less in some games) but you'll get various sound issues. Unfortunaly.

Btw slow cutscenes are also due to your CPU

Is there a way to grow the FPS value? I've been playing F-ZERO GX but in certain tracks (Sand Ocean especially) the game is turning at less than 15 FPS...

I'm using the last version (x64), and my desktop is enough mighty for any kind of overclocking... Maybe someone has a litle advice?
