Shocked
When I try to play Red Steel 2 I will get these horrible horizontal lines from one side of the screen to the other if I have the window any bigger than 640x528. Changing the internal resolution does not help. Changing the backend does not help. I've tried messing with all sorts of settings but none of em seem to help - not vertical sync, not full screen, not accurate texture cacheing... not sure what to do!

Have you tried switching video backends?

Those videos don't like filtering, make sure you have texture filtering, Anisotropic Filtering and (maybe) AntiAliasing disabled.
That said, there's still lots of minor glitches in videos with Dolphin.
Those lines shouldn't be present in-game, though.

Yeah, I just tried myself, you won't get rid of those stripes.
3D graphics are clean and super-smooth at 60 FPS, though. However, only with Ishiiruka. This game is a pure stutter fest without async shader cache generation.

I guess it's a bug in Dolphin and you should report it on code.google.com.

I posted it up in issues. I'm told it's an Nvidia Driver issue. I'm wondering if maybe there's a driver setting I can possibly change to fix it...

It's not that I'm sure it's a NVIDIA driver issue, it's just that the issue only happens on NVIDIA cards. We have no idea beyond that what to do.
