I know this happened more than once with Dolphin, and it might be an issue that never got resolved yet.

I have 2 versions of Dolphin here (R6970, and R7185), both are set in English language for everything (emulator, Wii, Gamecube settings...), yet, when i downloaded the R7369 and loaded it for the first time, even if all is set in english, the menus are still in french.

I did tried to set all languages to a different one, shutting down the emulator, opening it again, switching all languages to english, shutting it down and opening it again, it simply doesn't want to switch to english.

Is there a solution to that? apart of deleting all languages folders except English "en" (no stupid answer please).

Navigate to *\User\Config (such as C:\Program Files\Dolphin\User\Config), and open the file 'Dolphin.ini'. Scroll down to the line: 'Language = x' (x being a number) and replace that number with 0 (My one is in english, and that's the number that was there). Hope this helps!

there's no "Dolphin.ini" file, it's empty in this folder, so i think it's taking an INI file somewhere...how can i make it so each Revision of Dolphin use their own Config.ini file?
