What do you folks generally use to do this? Is there a program that can record video of the screen without actively chewing up the processor, so that I don't lose heavy amounts of performance when recording? Or do you generally pipe the video out to something else (like a TV tuner card, or a DVD recorder, etc) to make recordings? I'm concerned with performance here, since it doesn't make sense to make videos of Dolphin when it kills the performance.

If it helps, I'm running a 3.0GHz AMD dual core with a GeForce 9800 card, so there's not a bottleneck to be had on the system itself.

Thanks
