Recording software doesn't "hear" Dolphin

I have no idea if this is a bug on my side or Dolphin's side. But, when I tried recording dolphin with 3, I say, 3 different recording programs, I had no audio captured. I tried Windows Game DVR, Geforce Experience, and OBS. I'm adding a demonstration video I made:

I use OBS for recording Dolphin all the time. You have to see what device Dolphin is outputting to and make sure that you're capturing it. You can also try different audio backends if you want as well. I know Windows has been switching things up with their updates which kinda makes it frustrating to have set tutorials and guides.
