Hello.

Last night I tried to record a video using DXTory. I put the emulator into full screen mode and played for awhile (for this example I used Godzilla Destroy All Monsters).

The game PLAYED fine. My friend and I played for about 2 hours, the emulator played perfectly. The issue was when we went to check the recorded playback. The video played fine until after the character select, after that most of the screen was replaced by the stagnant loading screen with only the health bars showing up. The sound recorded fine.

We also used Smash Bros Brawl. This had pretty much the same issue, only a small portion of the screen showed the gameplay footage where the rest was a still image of the screen before the gameplay.

If I record in a window, I have no issues. It comes out fine.

I am not sure what is causing the issue. Another thing of note, the recorded video comes out at 4:3 but the emulator is running with the screen being stretched.

I don't recall the DXTory record resolution but the emulator full screen is 1080.

I figured out the issue, it didn't like the ffshow codec I was using. It's a shame, it gave out great sizes for nice quality.
