Ha ha ha what's this? There's nothing wrong with the DS3 Tool and you certainly do not need PCSX2 to turn it on.
I use the latest Local version of MotioninJoy/DS3 Tool and all I have to do is press the PS button, start DS3_Tool_Local and click Enable and my PS3 is instantly online and ready to use.
Can't be any more easier or simpler.
Heck even my grandma could do it with her eyes closed.
The installation in general was so easy it's ridiculous.
