Most AMD motherboards come with "OC software" that chews up tons of CPU time, and is only really good for controlling fans and looking at temps. Those are almost always 80%-95% accurate, which is strange, because mine keeps telling me that my VCore is at 1.3, even though that's stock, and I'd never be able to do 3.6 at 1.3v. You should find this software for your motherboard.
