-try different browsers
-try html5 instead of flash
-try updating flash
-try update drivers
-try turning hardware acceleration on/off (right click the video and go to settings)
-check the cpu for throttling
-check the gpu for throttling
-check that the memory is running in dual channel mode and at the correct speed
-try overclocking
-if all else fails reformat OS

It's the IGP reserving video ram. The OS stops seeing it as addressable ram.
I have no tried a different browser! I Will try this first, and should have been the first thing I tried.
I should try turning hardware acceleration off? Sure I'll give it a shot.
There seems to be no CPU or GPU throttling.
I did not have the ram in the right slots for duel channel mode until a few weeks ago, this didn't help. It is running at the correct speeds.
I could try overclocking but I've yet to find a program that'll actually show me the cpu temp, I've tried all the obvious ones and only one actually gave me a reading which seemd to be 10 degrees off from what the bios said the temp is.
