I'd hate to reformat as it's been a problem since I installed windows it the first place, IIRC it never worked right. Certainly it wasn't an issue that suddenly just came up.

I downloaded AMD overdrive. When watching 1080p on YT. CPU was at around 40%-70%, however the GPU would alternate from 0% to ~50% then spike to 100%. The graph it plots is just up and down all the way along and not a consistent line like the CPU which seems odd to me.
Nope, 64bit. I read into it, some people said it was normal as the OS uses the .81GB (that doesn't make sense to me). Also some people said it's because integrated graphics will use it, but I'm not sure if my APU would fall under that category?
