If you have a sound card the sound devices need to be plugged into that. A usb headset will use the intergrated sound. (As far as I know).
That's what I was thinking, but the reviews state that it has awesome sound, and it's supposed to be rather mid-range more than low-end... Which makes me wonder why would they restrict it to ionboard sound.
