Recommendations for mobo / cpu.

Just about my final decision. Had to skim on a few things and a few good deals made me switch a couple of things out. With rebates it comes to right at $299.

Anyone have any major issues with any of the components before I commit?

It´s an AMD APU, precisely the A6-6400K (3.9 GHz, 4.1 GHz when in turbo mode).
