Really weird controller issue

I'm using a GameSir G3s controller, which is recognized as an Xbox controller by my computer. For some weird reason, the X, Y, and B buttons aren't recognized by Dolphin. Every other button and both analog sticks work fine, and the X, Y, and B buttons are recognized by other emulators and games on my computer. I've tried different versions of Dolphin, both the wired and wireless connector for the controller, refreshing the gamepad in Dolphin, turning on Background Input, turning the button threshold down to 0, all to no avail. Any help would be appreciated! Pictures of the controller windows are below (the X, Y, and B mappings in the controller configuration window are default mappings, not buttons on my controller).
