I'm currently having this issue with Metal gear Solid: Twin Snakes. There's no audio stutter or slowdown, everyone just sounds like they're monsters from the depths of hell because of how deep their voices are. It's only really noticeable with the voices, but I'm sure it's all the sounds. Running with audio on LLE recompiler, LLE interpreter, or HLE emulation makes no difference.

It was at 50. Setting it to 60 fixed it and it's perfect now. Thanks!
