I tried to play Wii Sports on netplay with friends, but we noticed that real wiimotes doesn't work on netplay. But is it possible for a dolphin update to make real wiimotes compatible on netplay?

Real remote support in NetPlay will probably never happen but I am working on adding support for mapping real Wii remotes within Dolphin's controller configuration.
This will allow you to fully emulate a Wii remote using the actual inputs of a real Wii remote, which will work in NetPlay.

Does that will also work with Mayflash DolphinBar?

My questions would be if this is for real wiimote mode or for passthrough mode, or both? And would this be for WM+ too, so that you could play Skyward Sword with a controller most of the time, and take out your WM+ only for certain WM+ actions that are difficult to emulate? (yeah, i'm assumg this will automatically lead to proper hybrid wiimote)

One possible issue i see immediately would be the wiimote turning off after x minutes, if you use another another input method most of the time.

Yes, this would work with the "DolphinBar".
It will not work in "passthrough" mode as it requires an emulated adapter and emulate remotes.
MotionPlus and Skyward Sword will work.
Yes, this is proper "hybrid wiimote".

Unless you download an emulated Wiimote driver

Is there any update on this? My friends and I would love to play NSMBW together.

Pretty sure this works now, but you have to map your real Wiimotes as emulated Wiimotes (you can do that by enabling "Connect Wii Remotes for Emulated Controllers")...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (21H2)
