Screen freezes, everything stops working including mouse and keyboard, like system comes into an invalid state or something, like just when it's going to BSOD but it doesn't (ex: if there is a sound playing the last 0.1 second loops)

Reproduction: Not sure, maybe it's linked with Rumble/Vibration/Force Feedback, happens sometimes when connecting, Last night it happened on Skyward Sword after beating 2nd temple, guide spirit read the writings of Goddess everything locked down
Today it happened when just trying to connect it
Happened just a minute ago when fighting a monster

Operating System:                       Windows 10 x64
Processor/CPU:                           Intel i5 2 cores 2.5 GHZ
Video Card/GPU:                          NVIDIA GT 540M
Dolphin Revision Currently Using:  4.0-6597
Bluetooth Adapter:                       S-Link SLX-BL05
Wiimote:                                     Nintendo RVL-CNT-01 (MotionPlus Inside)

If the screen is fading slowly, it sounds like the controller input isn't being counted towards system activity, and your PC is going to sleep. Have you disabled your sleep and hibernation timers?

No, screen doesn't change, I disabled hibernation, sleep and screen timeout a long time ago, it's most likely early Windows 10 fault, I posted this because it only happens with Dolphin (I assume), It's like system falls into an invalid state and doesn't know what to do next

Edit: I just realized I mentioned fading in first post, it was end of cutscene so that's the reason of fading, it doesn't cause fading, It just happened again when I was fighting one of these 3 headed things with skull helmets, screen froze, everything froze, last 0.1 second of sound kept looping

bump with a video link (very bad quality) http://youtu.be/sXdoA-0y7js
There is also a buzzing sound in video, you can hear if you turn volume up, it's not that low as in video, idk why it's low in recording
this just happens randomly and very frequently
This time it happened in 1 hour
Yesterday it was 40 minutes

Sorry another bump, I reverted back to Windows 8.1 x64 (clean install) and problem persists, whole PC freezes after some playtime

Do dolphin developers check these?

It sounds like your bluetooth adapter is doing something very, very wrong...
