Real Wiimote only vibrates

I'm new to this Dolphin thing. I have a real Wii remote. My Bluetooth connection does work just fine with it. I've been able to use Wii mouse software, as well as GlovePie. When I try to pair my remote with Dolphin, I get the initial buzz and it says 1 connected. I haven't tried any fancy games, just Wii sports, but I am not able to use any buttons in game. It gets to the "Press A and B" screen, but nothing happens when I do. I have set my gamecube pad to nothing. Whenever I hit Alt+F5 or Refresh on the Wiimote Configuration, my remote starts to vibrate nonstop. It doesn't stop until I remove the battery from the remote. I've tried several versions of Dolphin: 3.0, 3.5-367, 3.5-765, and a few others. All of which do the same thing. I've also tried the newest Toshiba stack and Bluesoleil. Everytime I download Bluesoleil, it tells me that my trial period (or whatever they call it) is over, even though I've never used it before.

Edit: Forgot to mention that it's an old Wiimote. It doesn't have the motion thingo.

Stuff:
USBT Class 2
Windows 8
Real Wii remote and nunchuck
Cheap sensor bar (has nothing to do with buttons though)
