Hello all, I am only playing the Super Mario Bros for Wii. The "real wiimote" stops working after loading from a save state. Even though it still vibrates after you go to settings and press "refresh", it just doesn't work after loading the state. I have to use the real wiimote because emulated wiimote doesn't allow me to pick up turtle or shake or fly. Emulated wiimote works after loading from a state. I am using the latest dolphin-master-3.5-1047-x64 and "reconnect wiimote after loading state checkbox" has been checked by default. Thanks,
Real Wiimote no longer works after loading a savestate in Super Mario Bros Wii

Try to press Alt+F5 (several times if necessary)

yes turn it off and unplugg your dongle, reconnect and try to pair again.... before be sure you have selected "continuos scanning" in wiimote config
I have spent more than 20hrs on this wiimote. I just don't understand why my xbox360 controller under emulated wiimote can't do shake or pick up turtle! Anyone knows? Thanks.

It's not worth the time, so I would like to use my xbox controller again, but then I really have to have the function of shaking and picking up turtle. Thanks 03-21-2013, 12:19 AM
You should use the same button for "Shake".
Are you using a Nunchuk? If you're using a Nunchuk B button (or Z) can be used to pick up things. If you're not then you'll have to use 1 instead of B. Also I don't think it's necessary to check "Upright Wiimote"

Thanks!!!! I think I could return the Real Wiimote now! Xbox controller rocks. I do realize I have to select "sideway remote" for the "D-Pad" directions to work. Otherwise, it's reverse, meaning up is right, down is left. I don't recall having this issue previously. Do you have any clue?
