I have Dolphin 4.0-6054 x64 running on windows 7 x64.

It sees my wiimote (both a new wiimote with wii motion plus and old) and vibrates when necessary, the buttons all work (home a 1,2 etc) but i have no hand cursor in game! This is with Skyward sword (which is what im trying to run) but also with other games such as Animal crossing city folk. I've tried looking up solutions but to no avail. I've tried normal windows bluetooth stack and toshiba.

Take a pic with your cellphone of the ir bar while working to see whether the ir lights light up. Also if it is battery operated change the batteries of the bar.

It should be noted that some phone cameras now have proper IR filters on their camera. If you don't see light coming from the end of a known working IR source (such as a tv remote with a button held down) then you should try another camera - often the forward facing 'selfie' camera will work instead.

If you areally attempting to use a real wii sensor bar, it will not work. You need a USB sensor bar, if you already have one, make sure it is on. The best you can get is the Dolphin Sensor Bar, it has built in bluetooth and IR.
