Real Wiimote Immediate Disconnect

I am having trouble getting the wiimote to work. I've followed the normal pairing procedure and dolphin and windows recognize the wiimote.

Once I start a game, I can press the buttons once, and it will then tell me I need to reconnect the controller. Alt+F5 does nothing. The wiimote still shows a single blue light and dolphin still shows that a wiimote is connected.

I have tried the instructions here but it still does the same thing.

It does this will all my games, but I have only tried New Super Mario Bros, Twilight Princess and Mario Galaxy 1 and 2

Please help.

Either the battery is dead low, or you need a new Bluetooth dongle. Tis my guess. Though I here the Rocketfish is a good one.

My wiimote and the sensor bar have fresh batteries.

I was suspecting the bluetooth dongle. I have tried with the WIDDCOMm and the Bluesoiel stack but I still get the same issue.

I did have another dongle but I can't find it to test with.

I found that Bluesoiel and other stacks do not work well at all. You need to use the windows versions.

Just an update to this, I connected the wiimote in my Hackintosh OS and it works fine.

Same hardware, but running Mac OS X 10.6.8.

Must be a Windows Driver problem.
