Real Wiimote Cursor Spasm

Processor/CPU: Intel i9-9900K, 5GHz
Video Card/GPU: Nvidia 2070 Super
Memory/RAM: 16GB Ram
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 5.0-13963

When I start up Super Mario Galaxy 2 (or the first game) my Wiimote Cursor just spasms out every time. I tried plugging my sensor bar in my Wii, in my Wii U, bought a USB sensor bar, and even bought the expensive Dolphin sensor bar but it's still not fixed.
I've been on this problem for 2 weeks now and with the fresh release of Kaizo Mario Galaxy 2, I wanted to enjoy my favorite game of all time in an even harder version without having issues like this...

I also recorded a video of the problem.

I would really appreciate it if someone can help me...

Try changing the "Enable Speaker Data" setting.
