Real Wiimote buttons gets jerky

Hello, I've been noticing Real Wiimote button issues. When I hold the "Up" Button, it gets jerky and I have that problem. This only happens when I turn on "Real Wiimote" setting.

This is not the first time I've been experiencing it. I had that problem on other games.

Which version of Dolphin are you using?
Similar issues have been fixed since 5.0.
