1- An official Wiimote from Nintendo. 3rd party ones suck.
2- A Bluetooth adapter. Inbuilt or external (dongle). 3- A bluetooth stack (software). Microsoft or Toshiba preferably. 4- A bit of luck because you're never sure it's gonna 100% work

For the Wiimote just make sure this is Nintendo stuff and not chinese fakes etc. You can find that in any shop.
However it's known that latest Wiimote models (RVL-CNT-01-TR) have issues with Dolphin. Non-TR models are recommended. You can choose Wiimote with inbuilt Motion Plus or classical Wiimote + Add-on. If you don't have any inbuilt BT adapter you'll have to get a dongle. For example here's mine https://uk.hama.com/00104890/hama-nano-b...edr-class2 . Cheap and works very fine. Use Toshiba stack preferably. You can download that easily and for free. Also I'll recommend you to use a wireless sensor bar. Some people will say it's useless but I don't think so. A cheap model will do the job. Btw you can use the famous "candle trick": just use candles as sources of light spots
