Real Wii Remotes on OS X Yosemite (without dolphinbar)

Recently, I've been unable to simultaneously connect more than one real Wii remote to Dolphin. As soon as Dolphin recognises the 2nd, the first disconnects and only the second is usable. If I try a third, the 2nd drops out. 'Real Wiimotes' is selected on all four Wiimote slots, but Dolphin only lets one be used at a time.

I've tried:
  • Connecting Wii remotes in every way imaginable, 1+2, sync, before launching Dolphin, in-game, Continuous scanning, refresh button...
  • New batteries in 4 official Nintendo wii remotes. (same issue)
  • A new user account, reinstalling OS X, and trying on a different Mac. (same issue)
  • Running different instances of Dolphin on the same computer, and connecting one Wii remote to each. This works fine and proves it's not an OS X issue.
  • Many builds of Dolphin over the last month.

I've had it working before on 10.10.1, 10.10.2 doesn't fix anything.

Joe.

I've tracked this issue down to 4.0-4508, and submitted a bug report here:
https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=8172

For the time being, Dolphin 4.0-4503 works fine.
