BUT:

- ingame, in the games i tried so far, the pointer does not work, nor do the buttons. Apart from the home menu button Huh Weirdly, the ingame pointer is not even shown anymore (bit.trip / world of goo). It works fine, when using the mouse as an emulated wiimote.

- after i start a game and stop it again - while having a Real Remote connected - the next game i start will hang at a black screen and dolpin seems to lock up

I tried some of the latest versions of dolpin and it's always the same. When using versions that are not patched for the disconnect issue, i also get disconnect-messages half of the time when starting games.

I m using a cheapo wireless led-bar, which might be defective, but it makes me wonder, why the buttons dont work correctly either (apart from the home menu button). Makes me doubt, that its a problem with the bar.

Any suggestions? Do others have similar issues? Could it be the bluetooth thingy or other problems with the hardware?
I have ym Probelmas similar, but the problem was me and not the equipment, you must be a minimum distance of 1 meter / 1 meter and a half of the sensor bar.

Hey guys. For those that are connecting fine, and yet button's and such aren't working in game. Try using an older revision build (try 4970) and see if that works. I have personally confirmed (along with another user) some code change that broke this in more recent versions. I replicated and confirmed this problem fixes by using the older version, and each time going back and forth makes it work again each time switching the older plugin from the older build. Button's start working fine again with older build. (WiiRemote plugin related)

Here is the topic about it. http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-8008.html

I am going to be hard at work finding out the actual SVN revision that this broke in, and hopefully the actual code change. If you ARE connecting fine, and seeing proper axis moving in the plugin recoding testing, try that older mentioned build and see if that fixes it. And if so, please post your results in the above thread. I have made an issue in the tracker for this last night.

I noticed same problem in the beginning. Turned out I was too close to sensor bar.

For accurate infrared reading for wiimote, you really have to be at least 2-3ft away (1 meter or more).

Same problem here with Wiimote and Dolphin not recognizing buttons anymore. Last working build i've tried was 5021, now I've tried up to 5240 and nothing. It worked flawlessly before with bluesoleil (not default ms) and it was the only reason I've bought Bluesoleil. I hope they fix it soon.

EDIT: Enabling "Auto Wiimote Reconnect" solved my problem, maybe this helps others with the same issue.
