Real Wii Mote connected But buttons dont work

I'm running the lastest version of dolphin and I've gotten games to run using my keyboard/mouse as a emulated wii mote. Now that I went out and bought a sensor bar and a real wii mote, It wont work . I can get Dolphin to connect to the wii mote and make it vibrate but then when i go to try and play a game I cant even get past the load screen because I cant press any buttons like A, 1 or 2 because nothing happens.

any ideas?
I have tried reconnect the mote with the game open, seems to have no affect.

Intel i7
8gigs of ram
512mb ram on gfx card

No Ideas from anyone? I've tried testing the Wii mote using Glovepie and all the buttons do indeed function properly, just not in Dolphin.

I'm in the same boat. just trying to hook up my wiimote tonite and having nothing but problems. keeps disconnecting I managed to play about ten minutes of mario galaxy then dead, then after trying to reconnect it several times over and over it worked for a few games of williams pinball.... then dead again

tried two sets of new batteries, they don't seem to be a problem.
