just curious does dolphin use the comp's internal clock? (for games like animal crossing) and if no is there anyway to "hit the fast forward button" figuratively speaking so i dont have to leave it running all the time?

Afaik, there is no "Fast forward button".

But you can turn the Framelimit "Off" and set the Frameskipping to "9". So the game runs faster but i don't know, if the clock will run faster too Wink

Try it. If you're lucky it will work. If you aren't then it will break.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: Intel i5 4670K @3.4GHz... for now @4.6GHz with a quick and dirty (yet stable) OC. May get faster in a bit before the end of time.
RAM: 16GB (Down from 24 GB after some was given to siblings)
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

If this is right, just change the clock of your PC. ^^
