Real Nunchuck suddenly not working

Hey all, sorry in advance if this is in the wrong place. New to the forums. Anyway, I just downloaded Dolphin last weekend. I set it up with my wiimote with built in wiimotionplus and nunchuck and started playing some super Mario galaxy 2. Worked perfectly but I realized I would need a sensor bar to enjoy dolphin to the fullest. I stopped and ordered a sensor bar and did not touch dolphin again for a couple days until it arrived. After hooking up the sensor bar I have not been able to get any games to recognize my nunchuck that was working a week ago. I am currently using Bluetooth pass-through and have tried everything I can think of. Different WiiMotes, Different Nunchucks, nothing seems to work. I have been googling furiously and looking through these forums but I have not yet been able to figure out a solution. If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!
