Real latest version?

I am new to the forums but I have been using Dolphin for quite some time. From what i read online 3.5-XXX on dolphins website is not the latest. What is the actual latest version? How can I test new features? Also is there any way to get more options? Sometimes i test Dolphin revisions and see there is extra options then in a different version they are gone.

This is the Official Dolphin website, not any other. Use the download button at the top of the forum to get the latest Dolphin development version.

What is the differance btween https://dolphin-emu.org/ and http://www.shall not be named/ ? Is one not official?

Can't you see that the second is not "our" site? It's the old site that is no more the official one
