Will ready boost (a program on an usb) speed up dolphin?
Laptop:
windows 7 32 bit
4 gb ram(kingston)
intel i5 530m 2,4 ghz dualcore processor
nvidia nvs 2100m 512 mb(overclocked the core/memory and shrader by 300 mhz each).
Desktop:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits
4 gb ram(g-skill)
Intel core i5 2500K quadcore processor (oc to 4.1 mhz 24/7)
Ati firepro v4800

no, in fact ready boost does nothing of any use whatsoever.

what is an use full tool then for an speed up pc?

Overclock, disable background programs (antivirus, explorer, etc.), get x64 version of your OS, find the best settings for the game (only a few games that are faster with specific settings than the generally reccomended ones though).

There was this game booster program or something I don't quite remember, which gives a few extra FPS (by disabling useless programs)
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
Win8 64-Bit

a small readyboost file can reduce hard grinding when heavily multitasking.
