To be more precise all revisions starting from 3.0 release up 'till now won't start while older ones work. At first It said that xinput3_1.dll is missing so I downloaded that, now it I't says; "Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). When I was on XP 32bit I was able to run it but now I can only run revisions older than 3.0. Any tips? I've tried updateing my Visual Studio but that didn't help.

EDIT: It seems that updating DX did the thing.

(1st Post YAY) anyways, I too am having the same problem on Windows 7 64 bit. xinput3_1.dll is the same error and I have 3.0 and the specs on my laptop are:
Gateway NV53A
AMD Phenom II X2 N660
3GB memory
ATI Mobility Radeon HD4250
Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit

Okay, I'm gonna take a shot at this, haven't seen anything about it.
I installed Dolphin, everything's fine.
No plugin/dll errors.
ISO loads perfectly fine.
I'm testing Smash Bros. first, and I can't push any buttons to get past the first 'would you like to create a save' message.
The key configs are set and work when I input values for them. But when I try in the emulation window, I can't use them.

Anyone know a way to solve this?
I have the latest update, 3.xxx32 or something like that.

Thanks for your time and I hope this hasn't been asked somewhere, if it has a link will suffice. thanks guys.

EDIT
I figured it out. you have to enable the controller port.

Go to the config tab.
Select Gamecube tab.
Click Port 1.
Enable Standard Controller.

Problem solved

This didn't work for me, I'd appreciate it if whoever's interested would keep looking into this, thanks Smile
