Hi, I heard you guys saying that graphics are now perfect In RE remake and RE zero...I don't think so..the main reason I always wanted to play these games was the lightning. It seems to be far from perfect and ruins all the atmosphere...
RE zero lightning in dolphin:

RE zero lightning in GC:

Even i'am using "special" DolphinRE-ZERO.exe which a bit corrects gamma and makes the game more "darker", lightning looks crappy Sad Same with Re remake...

what do you think ? Tongue the goal of the Dolphin-Emulator and any other console emulator is to Load & Emulate Perfect the Games..but remeber the emulator is only for Testing propose never illegal its n open source program anyway... : )

i think you have one big problem in your Image the Resident Evil Zero in Dolphin they don't have the FMV Fog..

I mean.., look the images from IGN the game in this image its from gamecube and Have White sprites the FMV Fog.., the guy how take the pictures from hes own PC they don't have FMV Fog..the Dolphin-Emu Support 100% the FMV Fog.., but some Graphic Cards is unsupportred and the Fog not exist (some times need to update your drivers..)[Works for me]

Its to Easy to fix the Brightness of the Game man..its inside the Options...

I don't understand what you're trying to say BlackAngel about that fog... I looked at emulated game screens in this and other forums people had posted and it all looks the same - dark and lack of lightning. The brightness option in game doesnt work for me either...Could you write what revision you are using? I dont think my video card 9800gt with latest drivers cant support that "fog". All in all GC textures looks sharper, but at least now iam playing with lightning it was meant to be...
Oh and its easy to do that, just go to nvidia control panel, Adjust desktop color settings, click on the Graph tab and change it (experiment how much bright lightning you want)

Lets Explane little things.., : ) i have explane this things many times but i think guys they don't read the Thread from the start...Anyway i will explane..

The first thing.. The FMV Fog..FMV mean Full Motion Video anyway..The full motion video its the video like the movies of the start and end of the games like the Killing Zombie in the Start of RE1 Remake..

at the point now the Game & Creator Companys put in the games sometimes the FMV FOG because want to like like a video like reality anyway..,

Resident Evil 1 Remake Have FMV Fog arround the Game.. in Resident Evil Zero you can see better the FMV Fog.. Silent Hill 2 & 3 in PS2 Have FMV Fog...

i can't explane you better see some videos in stream sites...

Nintendo GameCube

Dolphin-Emulator

Look the Pictures its the Same..? the first one have FOG like bees in the screen..

You can't see FMV fog with all Graphic Cards Some Graphic Cards its unsupported anyway the FOG its not a big problem... i like the game without fog..i m not a pixies lover...the fog made little pixes in the screen..

I Have 8600GTS in my Desktop

GeForce/ION Driver Release 190 WHQL
Version: 190.38
Operating System: Windows Vista (64-bit)

With this Card and this Drivers the Fog works for me.. in Dolphin-Emu in any revision 2900+

about lightings lights and effects you can change the brightness inside the nvidia cards correct..But me i change the brightness inside the game options and works... : /

I think this is all unsupported effects its because of Graphic Cards and Dolphin-Emu side code emulator its realy hard to make the emulator perfect

thanks for the reading guys
