just bough razer hydra and wondering how to bind this hydra with dolphin as a wiimote including gesture, tilt and movement. as for now, razer hydra could not be custom bind unless you manually code the MCE. any idea?

I am interested in this too - for those who don't know - Razer Hydra (aka Sixense) is a more accurate equivalent of devices like Nintendo Nunchuk or PS Move and soudns like a perfect device to use with the emulator...

Thumbs Up
I would kill for that. I play TF2 with the Hydra and it's the most immersive controller I ever used. Its precision and gesture tracking lets the Wiimote look like a child's toy.
It uses a weak magnetic field to track position in space at a precision of one millimeter and rotation around three axis as precise as one degree. And that for *both* hand units independently. With that information it easily calculates pointing and velocity. On each hand unit (they are both identical) are five buttons, one shoulder button, one analog trigger and one clickable analog stick. That makes a total of 14 buttons and 24 axis being tracked at high precision. (I'm a fanboy, I know Wink)

The Sixense SDK is available for all three platforms:

Linux: http://sixense.com/linuxsdkdownload
Mac: http://sixense.com/macsdkdownload
and Windows: http://sixense.com/windowssdkdownload

Sixense is selling Razer Hydras at discounted prices to "qualified developers":
http://sixense.com/developers

Too bad I'm not a coder, otherwise I would have done it myself.

Check the link and watch the description in the video for potential clues how to configure it.

Has unfortunately not helped much, he simply has the keys to the setting of hydras in the emulator on wear, but the axes, such as to rotate the swivel is not used for or in use. since only the mouse cursor is emulated. otherwise none of the inclinations is detected. Simple games only for controlled is something suitable. I think there can only help a plugin. would be really great if someone would come out.
Should anyone know of a solution, please help Smile
