So I was thinking about something. Since it is possible to add celshade with the toon setting with the post processing effect, would ray tracing be possible to add aswell? Of course, in the future when computers are ten times more powerful. Or does it have to be something that the actual hardware had support for? Wich in this case, it didnt...

Dolphin can't do much beyond what the game its emulating tells it to, and no Wii or Gamecube game tells it to raytrace. Additionally, even if it were possible in Dolphin, real-time raytracing isn't going to look as good as more traditional rendering methods for a very long time, as it requires hundreds or even thousands of times more computation.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: Intel i5 4670K @3.4GHz... for now @4.6GHz with a quick and dirty (yet stable) OC. May get faster in a bit before the end of time.
RAM: 16GB (Down from 24 GB after some was given to siblings)
GPU: Radeon Vega 56
