RawkSD custom songs for Rock Band

How am I supposed to get it working in Dolphin? Is it even possible?
I put the files on the virtual SD and tried to load the boot.elf packed with RawkSD but with no success. All I got from Dolphin was this series of warnings:

I have not seen a guide on getting RawkSD working with Dolphin, if that says anything.

For the warnings, you could try the latest development version of Dolphin.

No warnings with version 4.0-2008, no results either, though. I tried to load the boot.elf of RawkSD directly and also via Homebrew Channel, both ended up with black screen and it shows no added songs in either RB2 and RB3. Also the latest Dolphin crashes every time I stop emulation.
