Rate my setup?

First of all things, I can't afford to buy anything else or upgrade. I know that I should get 2500k but I can't afford it..
I would like to overclock my CPU, but don't know if my pc in general can handle it.

PC: HP Pavilion p6-2103ed

CPU: Intel Core i5-2320 (3 GHz 6 MB L3 cache, 3.3 with turboboost. 3.7 OCed if possible)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7570 (2 GB)
Energy source: 300-Watt
RAM: 6GB
Motherboard: Intel H61
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Soo are these decent settings? Can I overclock? What games can't I play? (Like SMG)

What is your motherboard?
Is it H61/H67?

I'm in the same situation myself.
With a worse processor and GPU.
Doesn't bother me, though.
I'd suggest checking the wiki or searching a specific game's thread.
