I'm pretty sure it would have helped launch day sales of the iPhone 4S if:
- They'd mentioned that although the outer case was the same, the processor was almost twice as powerful, especially for multithreaded applications.
- They'd properly explained how much better the camera was.
- They'd admitted that the iPhone 4 had problems, but they'd fixed them.
- They'd called it the iPhone 5, and made it obvious it was a different machine.
