Daemon X Machina : NEW, for mecha lovers
Xenoblade 2 DLC : okey
Pokemon : already seen, Pokemon spin-of with Pokemon Go mechanics, next
Mario Party : NEW, okey
Fire Emblem : NEW, nice, not much to see yet
Fortnite : like, really ? seriously, next
Overcooked 2 : okey, already seen, multiplatform
Killer Queen Night : nice, already seen, already on pc
Hollow Knight : nice, already seen, already on pc
Octopath Travler : okey, already seen
DBFZ : too late, inferior version, next
Smash : HYPE, waaaaay too long


I don't have impossible expectations such as F-Zero or MP4, but only Smash and Fire Emblem really mattered to me here. And I think it's pretty close to those who wasn't bought a Switch yet.

It's probably because the Switch's main audience is not what you think it is. Regardless what you think of Pokemon and Fortnite, they are definitely going to print $$$$ like crazy WAY more than Smash ever could. 

I respect your view though, I hope the new FE is not Waifu Emblem 3, because I considered getting back into the franchise.

LOL at people calling it a port. If reusing some assets makes Smash Ultimate a port than Capcom literally hasn't made a new game in at least 20 years.

I really don't get why no one likes the 3DS entries. I rather have them continue down that road. Am I the only one who found Awakening and Fates great?

The only Fire Emblem game I played and finished is Awakening. It was a good game with a gorgeous soundtrack, and that's coming from a person who isn't a fan of tactical RPGs...

I don't think a little surprise like Wario Ware, or Animal Crossing, or Golden Sun, or Mario Maker, or Yoshi or whatever would have been impossible. I still feel like it's missing something to be a good one. Like, remember the 2014 direct ? We're not even close.

Anyway, they're probably saving content for next Nintendo Directs, witch is a smart move imo, but don't feed me with "Nintendo did a awesome E3", just don't. 2014 was awesome.

I like Awakening btw. And SERIOUSLY, you can't satisfy everyone with their standards. I mean, it's not like if Funky Kong Country Tropical Freeze being announced in E3 instead would have made a difference.

Great, another FE game. I still haven't touched Awakening, and I got that almost 3 years ago. I have all the 3DS FE games sealed, but my backlog is just so big... And they want me to add another to my "must play someday" list? *Sigh* Still gonna buy it though.

I remember when no one knew what FE was, back when Melee introduced people to Roy and Marth. The first FE game in the States was technically FE7. That series was virtually unknown in the west, and now it's an international money maker for Nintendo. How times change.

Speaking of Nintendo franchises that were once unknown outside Japan, the Nintendo Wars series could use another entry. Advance Wars was amazing on the GBA, and it'd be great on the Switch. Stick to hi-res 2D art, add a few more units, and the game basically sells itself by sticking to its core.
