Generally, I don't buy special/collector's editions. The only ones I have I got from Game Stop without asking/paying extra for them. Xenoblade Chronicles came with a mini-art book, and so did The Last Story and Tales of Xillia. Maybe because I put $5 down to reserve them? Any way, that just sorta happened.

I did buy Bravely Second's Collector Edition because the art book is massive, but other than that, I'm pretty meh about blowing cash just to have a nice box and a book to go with a game.

The citra website has had latest builds on it for some time. The download page doesn't really have any new features yet.
