Are ULV CPUs still considered crap or have there been any improvements in the past year. They're all over the market here unfortunately.

@Zee530 - The latest batch from Intel are pretty good if you have a high enough clock speed and if it's getting fed enough power. So in short, yes, but for certain models. For everyday tasks they all should do fine, most will do emulation fine as well, but only a few are suited to low/averagely demanding games in Dolphin (an improvement over the past few years). |
